Don't you love magazine freebies? - May 2014

Sorry I haven’t been posting, been piled up with work for uni. Save me. Anyways let’s get back to the post. I haven’t done one of these freebie posts in ages. I saw InStyle on the shelves and I saw a little blue box covering the magazine and recognised that shade of blue. EYEKO.

This months issue comes with Eyeko’s Lash Curler. Ooo but not any Lash curler, no, it’s the Blue Velvet Lash Curler. It’s so cute, the little handles are covered in Blue Velvet. Feels very posh while curling your eyelashes.

It curls the lashes very well compared to the one that I got from Superdrug ages ago. Love it. Get it while they’re still on the shelves.

Don't you love magazine freebies? - October 2013

Another month, another freebie! This month I purchased the InStyle magazine as it was only £2. Plus it came with a few Ren Skincare products. I've always heard great reviews of Ren's skincare so of course I had to go buy it! This month's magazine comes with a Day Cream, Eye Gel and a Cleansing Milk. I always wanted to invest in a eye cream or gel, so this may be the perfect opportunity.
Also, one of the magazine's articles it about Expert Beauty Tips, which is another reason why I bought this magazine. YAY.

Also Marie Claire's freebie this month is a sample of their L'Occitane hand cream. There's 4 to collect, but I have my eyes on the Subtle Violet hand cream. Need to prepare my hands for the cold winter days.

Don't you love magazine freebies? - July 2013

I picked up the recent edition of Marie Claire (£3.80). It came with the Eyeko Skinny Mini Liquid Eyeliner which usually retails for about £8.

The liquid eyeliner comes in a felt tip pen form, which is probably the easiest way to apply eyeliner if you're just starting out. The fine tip makes it easy to create a sharp and defined line when creating a cat-like flick.

Eyeko claims that the liquid eyeliner is 'smudge-proof, fade-proof and above all foolproof'. I can tell you that it is defiantly smudge proof. I usually have problem with my eyeliner as it slides down my face by the end of the night, but this actually stays on!

The best element about this eyeliner would probably be the finish of the eyeliner, it's a semi-matte. This is a total thumbs up for me as I hate the look of a shiny eyeliner. The more matte the better.

Make sure you go get Marie Claire this month, it's so worth it.
